The last bid on and item is considered a contract to purchase and is legally binding. All sales are final Shipping is NOT offered on ALL items. We DO NOT ship furniture. Shipping is prepared in house and sent by Canada Post and /or FedEx at your expense. Please note that neither company will insure breakable items not limited to but an example: Canada Post shall have no liability for damage of shipments containing Fragile Items. Fragile Items include but are not limited to ceramic, glass, porcelain, mirrors, crystal, pottery, china, perishable items or items requiring refrigeration or temperature-controlled transportation. We will NOT be automatically charging your credit card used to register. If you have not been in contact with us by 6:00pm on the Thursday of pickup week we will charge your credit card the balance owing. Soft Close: The lots will start to close one after another starting with lot #1 at 8:00 local time (AST). In the event and items receives a bid in the final minute of the auction, the auction for that specific items will continue for another three minutes.
