In case of any discrepancy between the information in our listing and the certificate, the certificate will be considered the final authority. In the event that the certificate uploaded for a diamond is found to be inaccurate or wrong, the buyer will get a replacement diamond with equal or better specifications at no additional cost to the buyer. Our auctions use a Soft Close feature that prolongs the bidding period in the event that a bid is submitted within the final minutes. Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be removed. Following the conclusion of the auction, an invoice will be issued to you within 24 hours. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on your location. Once the invoice has been settled, we will proceed with arranging your shipment. The current processing time ranges from 5 to 10 business days. Payment for all items won must be completed within two business days following the auction's conclusion. Noncompliance with this policy may lead to your account being reported to Hibid and banned from participating in any future auctions.
