We attempt to describe all items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. All Internet Bidders agree to pay a buyer’s premium equal to ten percent (12%) of the hammer price of each item they purchase. 4th Moon Toys shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. BTTP will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. 4th Moon Toys does guarantee the authenticity of all items being auctioned, but in no way guarantees the condition or grade of any item being auctioned regardless of any subjective opinion put forth by 4th Moon Toys or any grading company. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be the judge of the items grade/condition by the pictures/video provided. Buyers are further encouraged to contact 4th Moon Toys with any questions prior to bidding in the auction. After the close of auction, you will be sent an invoice from 4th Moon Toys to pay for your purchases, including Buyer’s Premium and any taxes. Once this invoice is paid, your items will transfer to our Shipping Department and you will be sent a quote for shipping. Where possible, we will provide more than one option for shipping. Insurance is at the buyers discretion. If no insurance has purchased, 4th Moon Toys will not be responsible for any costs relating to damage during shipping or lost shipments. We pride ourselves on safely packaging the vintage collectibles we sell. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We ship all packages tracked and insured and will not lie about the contents on customs forms. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want us to falsify shipping information, you are dealing with the wrong auctioneer. You are responsible for any duty, VAT, sales tax or customs clearance charges required.
