Moving/downsizing sale at a rural property near Bethany, Ontario. Pick up days are Wednesday, December 11 from 1:30-6:30 and Saturday, December 14 from 11:00-2:00. Shipping is available for most non-furniture items within Canada and the United States. A $10 handling fee applies to all shipping orders. Allow 7 business days to process shipping orders. Winning bidders will be provided the exact address for pick up once payment is received. Bidders are responsible for removing all items from the property. Bring packing materials for smaller items and enough helpers to move furniture. Staff will NOT be available to help move furniture and/or large items. Bring tools if you need to disassemble equipment.

Bidding Notice:

Auction starts closing at 7 pm with staggered closing for each lot and a soft close in effect. All winning bidders will have their credit cards charged for their invoice amount after the auction closes. No cash payments upon pick up.

Bring packing materials for fragile and loose items. Bring helpers to remove larger items and furniture. Some items may be located up or down a flight of stairs or outside of the main building.
