By registering to bid, buyers and their agents agree to and accept the following: Advance bidding opens Thursday, December 5, 2024. Auction closes Thursday, December 12, 2024, beginning at 7pm EST. Pickup is Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 9am until 3pm EST only, at 1 Waterman Avenue, Toronto. To request an alternate pickup day and time, email timothyloughmiller@gmail.com prior to Sunday, December 15, AND pay your invoice via Etransfer by midnight Saturday, December 14. No Shipping. If think you are a winning bidder and do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, you must reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com. All times are EST. Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off. We DO NOT automatically charge your credit card for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday, December 15, 2024, with credit card, debit card or cash. Or, Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight EST Saturday, December 14, 2024 but not in person. Please include your invoice number. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases. Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day and with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required. Shipping is not available. All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes. By exiting the pickup buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition. All measurements are in inches and feet unless noted otherwise, and are approximate only. Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property and/or the pickup staff responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap, incident or force majeure. Auctioneer has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion to the auctioneer. Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.
