Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization.
