Pick up must be scheduled with link that'll be emailed. All refunds must be approved via email. DO NOT COME TO LOCATION TO “PICK UP” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Do not bring any items to the location! Only items that mismatch the description and its said condition may be approved.
All items that are not picked up within 5 days which will be from Tuesday to next Tuesday will incur storage fees of $5 per day and after 7 days of being stored will be abandoned with no refund.
