* A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to every item sold. * All items are to be picked up during normal pick-up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated.

Items specially gem stones are not tested and are only described for what it was claimed or seem to be, as it is not practical or economical for the auction to test all the items for authenticity. unless they are stamped or marked or have a certificate of authenticity displayed which states the grade and name of the stone.

Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.

PAYMENT:
Online credit card payments registered with Hibid accepted up to $2000, or more if picking up and paying in person. For invoices totaling over $2000 we accept bank wire payments, E-Transfers (send to: Bidsoffortuneauctionhouse@yahoo.com), Bank Draft, certified cheques w/ID or cash for new buyers. If you are an out of Province/Country bidder and require shipping or will be paying by Wire transfer, please email or call (437-604-6222) to let us know as soon as possible and we will email you the information.**
This is an Online Auction Only.
(Only For Vehicles & Equipment & items over $2000) . A $350 deposit is required Only for vehicles sold
( deposit varies from auction to auction). This deposit is required at the time of purchase from the winner Only. This deposit will be applied to the credit card supplied in your account. ***A deposit must go through on your credit card the night of the sale***The Balance is due on pick-up day before 4 pm. Balance must be paid by Bank Draft, Cash, E-transfer, or Credit Card (A %4 convenience charge will be added for credit card payments.. A $25 LATE FEE PER DAY will apply if not paid the next day by 4pm. HST will be added to the Purchase Price and Buyers Fee of each vehicle. Once paid in full, the buyer will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready).
