Soft Close: Means that the auction closes each item at individual intervals. Doing this is able to prevent a bidder from 'sniping' or "stealing" an item. All bids made within the closing minutes of the auction will cause the auction to extend the bidding on an specific item for an additional 5 minutes. This will continue until the bidders no longer continue to bid on the specific item. You are responsible for your purchases; once you buy ("win") it-its yours. (therefore you must make arrangements to come pay for and pick up your items on pick up days that are POSTED or pay a storage fee of $5.00 CAD per item per day. It is your responsibility to bring help with you to load any large items you purchase) Measurements of items: All measurements of items come from a reliable source but we do not warranty or guarantee any measurements given. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY DELIVERIES We are not responsible to any accidents or damage to any property once it has been bought or "won" in any auction sale we as Bizy Bee Online Auctions hold. Payments: Please make your payments no more than 7 days from the day of the closed auction. We are willing to work with you if you communicate with us, otherwise we will list the item again after 7 days and you will be banned from participating in any new auctions from that point.
