PLEASE READ ALL OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU AGREE TO THEM REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on Hibid. We have the right to refuse any bidder PAYMENT - Etransfer preferred or pay in person when you pick up by Cash, Debit, Mastercard or Visa American customers must pay by Wire Transfer over $100.00. For Invoices under $100.00 please email your Credit Card information with permission to charge the Card. BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Cash, Debit & etransfer and 18% Buyers Premium for Visa & Mastercard plus 13% HST added to all purchases. BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops. INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - Invoices are emailed Monday after the Auction. Check your junk mail if you don't receive it. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the time specified. If you see " YOU MAY HAVE WON" on an item then you won it and should receive an Invoice. Call us on Tuesday if you do not get an Invoice - We do not know it you got one. We are happy to work on an alternate pick up day however payment must be made by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday. Items not paid for by 6 p.m. the Wednesday after the auction will be considered abandoned unless you contact us and you will be blocked from future auction. 905-682-2311 MERCHANDISE AND CONDITION - We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction to the best of our ability however items are all sold AS IS/WHERE IS. No refund will be given. SHIPPING INFORMATION We have a new Third-party shipper that is paid separately from your Invoice. Invoice payment is due by Wednesday at 6 p.m. 2 days following the Auction. Once your payment is received your items will go to the shippers - Neil & Linda They will pick up items at the auction on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and again on Friday afternoon. Please pay your Invoice promptly so you receive your packages faster.
