ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BECOME THE PROPERTY OF S.A.L.AUCTIONS Any items not sold or payed for will be picked up by the consignor within one week of the sale or will be donated to charity. unless other arangements have been made ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS , WHERE IS , WITH ALL FAULTS no returns / please attend preview on dates provided . We do our best to describe the items being sold. If item states tested means we plugged it in and it heated up/ blew air/radio came on etc. we cannot guarantee the items . PICKUP AND REMOVAL :Dates and times for pickup will be posted, if you can't have your items picked on the dates please refrain from bidding. Any items not picked up at designated time dates will be considered abandoned and disposal fees may/ will be charged to your credit card unless alternate arangements have been made. Minimum disposal fee will be $20. We reserve the right to add or delete items/lots in the auction at any time during the auction RESERVE: if an item is sold with a reserve, the minimum bid will have to be met to win the item/lot SOFT CLOSE : items will close at regular intervals, any bids made in the final minute will be extended 2 minutes until bidding ceases When purchasing large / heavy items bring help our staff does not help load items.
