The auction is over, Now what?
Look for your invoice in your email, review it and pay for your items.
You should be able to see if you won an auction lot right away when you are on the HiBid platform.
If you don’t receive an email from info@416auctions.com with an invoice within an hour or so after the auction, check that spam mail folder!
We send out an invoice directly after the auction has ended and it will have auction pick up info included in the body of the email.
No one likes to read – BUT there is lots of info in that email we send you after the auction – such as the pick up dates, the hours of pick up, the pick up address, the link to make an appointment, our phone number…
PAY BEFORE PICK UP DAY.
We do not process payments at pick up. All invoices have to be paid before you arrive to pick up the items that you won.
We have a couple of options for payment:
1. Pay with email money transfer to info@416auctions.com –
2. Automatic payment. The morning following an auction ending, we will automatically charge the credit card that was used to register for the auction if you haven’t paid yet or replied to our email with a request for an alternative payment.
Once you are Paid in Full, we will send you a receipt. Use that for your pick up day as a reference.
SHIPPING?
We do not ship gold and precious items without a cautionary time period to ensure that there are no issues with payment. If you would like an expedient shipping experience, please pay by email money transfer or by wire transfer. Payments made by credit card will automatically incur a shipping delay.

Please don’t just show up, we will have to make you wait as we serve the people that made appointments first. Appointments help us with contact tracing, if we need it. They minimize the number of people onsite at one time. They help keep everything organized and moving in a timely manner. We can’t always predict how the pick ups will go, but if we have the time, we will stage your items all together and get them close to a door to make it more expedient.
REMAIN CALM AND CARRY ON
If you have a problem, we will work with you to find a solution. You can call us and we may be able to assist you. But, please keep in mind that there are rules, terms and conditions that bind this auction, such as set removal days and protocols for appointments.
