Advance bidding opens Thursday, September 19, 2024. Auction closes Thursday, September 26, 2024, beginning at 7pm EST.
Pickup is one day only, Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 9am until 3pm EST only, at 1 Waterman Avenue, Toronto. No Exceptions and No Shipping.
If think you are a winning bidder and do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, you must reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com.

Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off.
We DO NOT automatically charge your credit card for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday, September 29, 2024, with credit card, debit card or cash.

There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.
Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day and with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required. Shipping is not available.
All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes.
By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition.
All measurements are in inches and feet unless noted otherwise, and are approximate only.

Auctioneer has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion to the auctioneer.
Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions can and will result in a permanent loss of bidding priviledges.
