Pick-ups:
An Email will be sent to a winning bidder next day of the Auction completion.
Please check your spam if you do not receive the email 24hrs after the end of the auction.
Pickups are available Monday - Friday 10am to 2 pm and 5:30 pm to 7 pm. Saturday 10 am - 5 pm. An appointment needs to be made. Please call at 647-892-0389 to make an appointment during the days provided.

Shipping is available on items that are shippable with a carrier companies. Please Request for shipping once the auction is complete. If the shipping is less than $15, we will charge yur card submitted to hibid. If it is more than $15, than we will send you an email with the quote. If you do decide to not take shipping, than your winning auction will not be refunded. In this case, you are welcome to pickup the wining items.

It can be from $15 and up based on an item. Please email, your address to get a shippining quote. Winning auctions that states shipping will not be reimburssed if winner decides no to get it shipped. Once quote is given, and email transfer is required of shipping cost for the items to be shipped. If shipping is less than $15, than this will be charged to your credit card provided with hibid. Pickup at the store is always welcome.
Any purchases unclaimed will be held for a maximum of seven (7) business days from the time Auction Ends.
