Terms and Conditions 1. The bidders(s) and the Auctioneer (Raven Auctions) agree to the terms listed below for each and every auction sale. All registration and information the Bidder provides to the Auctioneer shall be current, complete, and accurate. 2. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. 3. Raven Auctions will do its best to provide information on age, condition, and details, but is not responsible for errors or omissions. Please view all photos for each item before you bid and bid accordingly. 4. Raven Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid. 5. The bidder understands that 15% GST/HST Tax and a 10% Buyers Premium will be added to their invoice. 6. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Interac/Debit, Visa, Mastercard 7. All Sales Are Final. Items that have not been paid for by two days (48 hours) after auction close will be entered into a future auction or returned to the consignor. 8. We (Raven Auctions) will ship any item via Canada Post at buyers’ expense (buyer pays for postage and 5.00 handling fee per package) (fee is for packing material and time packing) If possible, we will combine shipping. (several small items in one box are one fee) 9. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of payment. Any Buyer having someone, other than themselves collecting their purchases must notify Raven Auctions. Buyer shall be at their own risk and liability for pick-ups, and shall hold the Owner/Seller and the Auctioneer harmless for the Buyer's negligence.
