- Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items in person during our posted viewing hours/days.
- By placing a bid the bidder agrees that they find the item/lot to be satisfactory and will commence with paying for the item/lot when the auction is over.
- Items must be paid for by Saturday Nov 23, 2024 at 4:00pm at the very latest regardless of whether you are waiting for shipping or not. Bidders who do not pay/pick up their Items will be considered non-paying bidders and will be blocked from our future sales.
- We reserve the right to reject a bid if necessary.
- Bidders agree to pay the 7% buyers fee and the 13% HST.
- The 7% buyers fee helps to cover some of the auction fees, so that the rest (minus the HST) can go to the horses.
- We accept Cash, Etransfers (hcwequinerescue@hotmail.com), Debit, Visa, Mastercard **If paying by credit card there will be a 3% fee**. We do not charge the credit card you signed up with.

- Viewing/Pick Up Address is located at Heaven Can Wait Equine Rescue, 95 Cameron Road, Cameron, Ontario, K0M 1G0. 10 Mins North of Lindsay, Just Off of Hwy 35.
- I Will Offer Shipping Within Canada on the Items That are Tagged as "Shipping Available". There Will be a Handling Fee (as I Have to Hire Someone to Help me With Shipping), PLUS the Canada Post Shipping Cost, Which Will Vary and is Not Cheap These Days. Please Don't Bid if You Aren't Willing to Pay These Fees for Shipping.
- If for any reason you can't bid, but would like to, please email or text Claire Malcolm 905 439 7664 to make other arrangements for you.
- We reserve the right to cancel and/or restart the auction in the case of a system crash.
- We do not want to chase people for payment and will report all non-paying bidders to hibid.
- When picking up your items please bring any bags/boxes/bubble wrap you may need to safely carry/transport your items.
