Vehicles must be paid for by certified cheque only. (when applicable) All New Items are subject to PST & GST The purchaser is required to pay PST & GST where applicable. All funds are in Canadian Dollars The purchaser shall pick up items purchased on date specified by Prairie Lane Auctions. If you are unable to pick up, please arrange for someone else to do so. STORAGE COSTS WILL BE ENFORCED Any Items not picked up on the day of pickup with incur STORAGE COSTS and will only be held for 2 WEEKS ONLY after the auction closing. These items will be resold and the buyer may be blocked from further bidding! This applies to all items pain or unpaid. Description of the items are a guide only. Each lot is sold AS IS & WHERE IS. There are items that may need unknown repairs etc. Even items that owners represent as running order may need maintenance work - Buyer Beware. We do check several items but do not have the time or resourses to check every single items. There are no guarantees. These are used items. All sales are final. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and no bidder shall retract his bid. Shipping available on shippable items only. Large, bulky, heavy items will not be shipped.
