PICK UP All auction locations for pickup are announced in the online auction notes. Locations may often change so please be sure you can pick up before bidding. Items MUST be picked up within the scheduled days of the auction. ? Any items not picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times will be considered abandoned and no refund will be granted as the consignor will have been paid out for all bids. Make sure you have ALL items. The purchaser can pick up their items with a paid receipt. Items can not be picked up until the invoice is paid. All items must be removed by the specified removal time. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. SHIPPING We offer shipping to Canada and the USA. We also offer delivery through www.pkgplace.com. Please specify "pkgplace delivery" in the notes section so that we hold your items. It is the responsibility of the bidder to sign up for delivery with pkgPlace directly and not request 'shipping' in the bidder notes section. We don't release the items for delivery until the items have been paid for in full. We are not responsible for any items after it is released from the warehouse to pkgPlace. Payment is made directly to pkgPlace. RETURNS NO RETURNS. We do not return, refund, or give store credit on any sales. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please bid accordingly. All items sold are not inspected and sold without Warranty or Guarantee. Any items that were not as described must be reported within 24 hours of the auction pickup date for resolution at the discretion of an ONDeals representative. REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES There is no cost to register for an auction. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. When an auction closes, all winning bidders will receive an e-mail with an attached invoice or receipt. All items must be paid for by 6 p.m. the next day after an auction unless payment methods are cash and Interac e-transfer only. REVIEWING YOUR BIDS During an auction, you can check the status of your bids at any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS You can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. Please note that outbid notifications are NOT sent out during the last two hours of the sale. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. AUCTION RECORDS In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. SOFT CLOSE Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY We recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Multiples in reference to bidding - multiples are used in the case of items when the quantity is greater than 1, when multiples are used the bid price is multiplied by the quantity. For example, if the bid price is $1 and the quantity of the lot is 10, the total would be $10. ? Bid Cancellations are not allowed - do not place bids on items unless you intend to bid on the items, we will not cancel bids placed for any reason. ?
