Registration
- It is important to provide accurate information in relation to your credit card. The address on file must match the billing address on your file for payment to go through.
- At the time of registration, your Hibid reputation score will determine whether you are approved to bid in our auctions or not. If your score is 0 (NEW ACCOUNT BIDDER) or there are negative notes from other auctioneers, you might not get approved to bid with our auction.

Bidding
- All our bids are final and cannot be reversed. Please do your due diligence in making sure that you do want the product before placing a bid. Bidding by any mistake will not apply to Return and Refund Policy.
- You can ask questions about products during the auction using the "Contact Auctioneer" button. We cannot guarantee we can answer all questions timely. However, questions will be answered at our best effort.
- We have the right to add or remove any items on the current running auction. This is usually done to ensure product information accuracy and to avoid any possible mistakes.
-We describe all, and any information related to the product in our description, and we provide actual pictures of our products unless it is sealed. Please scroll through all photos and read descriptions.

Invoices
- Invoices will be created within 24 hours after the auction close. Our invoices will include item quantity and description, detailed breakdown of payment (Total extended price, Buyer Premium, Handling fee, Tax, and Invoice total).
- All our invoices will include a 10% buyer premium auction fee ,$1 CAD per item handing fee and 13% sales tax.

Payment
-Payment is due within 24 hours after auction close. If the card on file is declined, it will be your responsibility to remit payment and clear the outstanding balance, otherwise your items have a high potential of being considered abandoned, and a very high risk of getting blocked from bidding with our online auction again.
- If you payement is declined at auction, please bring cash or e-transfer the amount when you pick up the item.
-By accepting our terms and conditions bidders must register with their own credit card. Bidders are not allowed to register with other credit cards that are not in their name. If we discover the credit card registered is in a different name, we will block the account.
-We do not accept alternate forms of payment over the phone due to possible fraud.

Pick-up
-Regular pick up times are Sunday and Monday 10:00am - 6:00 pm. If you cannot make it during these times, please arrange alternative pick up.
- If you are not able to pick up your items, you will have to send us an email to simpledaystrading.info@gmail.com to authorize the person picking up on your behalf. We will not release products to anyone other than the name on the invoice, and the authorized person.
If no request received after 14 days, the invoice will be considered as abandoned. No refund will be issued for any abandoned order.
- By accepting our terms and conditions we have the right to request photo id and credit card.
- Inspect your items before leaving pickup, make sure you have all your items.
- YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE IN OUR WAREHOUSE, WE WILL NOT KEEP ANY ORDER MORE THAN 14 DAYS. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP WITHIN THE TIME, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO simpeldaystrading.info@gmail.com.
